Registration criteria
Applicants must meet some basic requirements before we deal with their applications.
Which are:
- Highly qualified applicants from the EU (except Germany) and non-EU countries must speak English/German.
- We only treat complete application documents, so it is very important for us that applicants thoroughly deal with their application documents and prepare them profoundly – we will be glad to support them.
- If possible, applicants should provide relevant experience (s)
Further criteria for the selection of applicants will be examined and decided through personal meeting with our client [employer]. Please note that we have no influence on this selection procedure.
Preparation and mediation fees
As part of our recruitment process, we prepare applications and conduct numerous interviews with applicants who are interested in finding a suitable job in the Federal Republic of Germany through our company.
After the free consultation, applicants will send us their full applications exclusively by e-mail. The costs of mediation between the Agencies and the job seekers are determined by the area of specialization according to the article 296 of the Social Code, the third book.
[Article 296 of the Social Code, book No. 3, defines the relationship between the recruiting agencies and the job seekers, for instance: the intermediary must inform the job seeker of the content of the contract in text form. It explains also how and when the Agencies receive the remuneration. For the service from the job seeker to whom the service was provided]
The costs are neccessary for the mediation.
Applicants will also receive free translations of their [officially certified] documents into German if these
foreign documents need to be recognized in Germany.
Selection Process
We invest our time and expertise to select candidates who fully meet our criteria.
Currently, we focus on the following fields and sectors:
1) Technical professions (engineer, production worker, welder, cutting machine operator, lathe, CNC turner, metal worker, excavator operator, and others etc.)
2) Administrative professions (HR Administrator, Team Leader, Teacher etc.)
3) Medicine (Doctors, Carеgivers, Nurses, professionals in healthcare, Pharmacists etc.)
4) Information Technology (IT)
5) Chemical industry (Chemist, Chemical Lab Technician, etc.)
For applicants, who do not fully meet our criteria, they have the option of obtaining the required qualifications in their home countries.
We offer, among others, vocational qualifying courses for German and English languages.
